Decades of Impact.
A Future of Possibility.

At AWRC, our mission is simple. We believe in helping people with disabilities and behavioral health needs live as independently as possible, be included in the community, and reach their full potential.

This mission guides not only what we do, but how we do it. It shapes the services we provide, the partnerships we build, and the ways we continue to evolve and grow.

Impact in Action

Impact is measured in lives changed and opportunities created.

Across northeast Indiana and throughout the country, AWRC has supported individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence and fuller participation in their communities. Through a network of specialized organizations, AWRC delivers services that meet people where they are—while creating pathways to what’s possible.

AWRC’s impact spans three core areas of support and service:

  • Employment Services

  • Residential Support

  • Inclusive Recreation

Over the years, we’ve expanded programs, introduced new services, and developed innovative approaches to better meet the needs of individuals and communities. From residential care to employment pathways, AWRC remains focused on being a catalyst for opportunity.
